Insert Molding

Anrod Screen Cylinder Co. specializes in producing insert molded filters. Inserts are made in house from woven wire cloth or synthetic materials of various sizes and micron ratings. These can be made from stampings or cylinders for use in the medical, agriculture, irrigation, automotive, and industrial sectors. We use shuttle molding systems, which allow us to improve (FTT) First Time Through, and accept low to high volume quantities.

We also provide in-house engineering support to help with design feasibility, a comprehensive “Cost-Down Analysis” approach to ensure we meet your project and budget requirements. Along with on-site maintenance, millwright, and tooling departments support should any issues arise during the project. Contact us today to get started on your project.
